Revision Policy

At New Wind Business Solutions (New Wind) we aim to satisfy our customers.
We have prepared this Revision Policy statement to disclose and describe our
policies:

I. Our Goal is 100% Complete Customer Satisfaction

Our corporate goal is complete customer satisfaction. As a way to reach that
goal, we offer unlimited draft versions of the Project, until the Client is satisfied
with what we have designed. Full payment is not required until the Client
approves the final version of the Project.

II. 120-Day Revision Warranty

At New Wind we offer designing services, such as Employee Handbook
designing and custom HR Form designing. Such services are known as
the Project on your Consulting Agreement. We offer a 120 day free revision
warranty on the project services that New Wind provides. If the Client receives
authoritative advice calling for any revisions or editing of the Project, New Wind
will implement said changes for free under the following terms: 1) New Wind is
informed in writing of the changes advised, 2) the written notice is received
within 120 days of completion of the Project, 3) the proposed changes do not
fundamentally alter the Project or significantly expand the Project’s scope, 4) the
revisions cannot incorporate any personal alterations done by the Client after
delivery of the final Product, and 5) the Client provides the necessary supporting
information needed to complete such revision or editing. Other than this revision
warranty, the Project is to be considered “as is”, without any guarantee or
warranty.

This warranty does not apply to services or products offered by third-party vendors
or advertisers on or through our websites. Please see the vendor's or
advertiser's specific policies concerning their services and any warranty offered.

III. Notification of changes

New Wind reserves the right to modify or update this Return or Revision Policy
statement at any time without prior notice. We will post the changes on this site
so that you will always know our current policies. All revisions, updates,
and/or modifications will be effective immediately.

New Wind Business Solutions (New Wind) respects the privacy and
confidentiality of you, the customer. We have prepared this Privacy Policy
statement to disclose and describe our policies:

I. Information that we collect:

At the time you fill out a Resource Request Form, make a purchase, and/or
contact us by any other means, we collect and store your name, address, e-mail
address, company name, and basic information about you and/or your
organization. We use this information to provide the resources, products, or
services that you request. We may also use such information to provide
notifications of services and products that we offer or to inform you of any
special offers.

In addition, to better provide content that users need and desire, we may collect
aggregated site-visitation statistics. Our webhosting service may do likewise;
please refer to Yahoo’s Privacy Policy for details.

Your information may be released to law enforcement, government officials, or
other third parties if we are required to do so by law, court order, or other legal
procedure.

II. Billing:

When you order products or services from us, we usually ask for your credit card
number and billing address. We use this information only to bill you for the
products or services you order at that time and for no other purpose.

III. Shipping:

Your information may be provided to a third party in order to ship purchased or
requested products to you.

IV. Security:

New Wind protects the security of your personal information. We have
appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or
alteration of information that we have collected from you. If making a purchase
on our website, your order will be processed using Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”)
technology. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically
encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us.

V. When purchasing a service:

New Wind offers numerous business services, including Policy Manual
designing services and Professional Training services, collectively referred to
as the Project in a New Wind Consulting Agreement. Such services are
governed by the Consulting Agreement signed when you contracted with us for
the Project. Due to the nature of such services, detailed information about you
and/or your company must be collected by us for the Project. The information is
used to create customized resources or training for you, the Client. Additional
Privacy Policies are enforced for such services:

1. Non-Disclosure: New Wind respects the privacy and confidentiality of you, the
Client. Information and data that you provide for the Project, including personal,
Human Resources, and organizational data will not be shared, sold, or
exchanged with any third party without your written consent.

2. Project Materials Not to be Sold or Distributed: Client agrees to use all
resources provided from the Project for his/her/its own use, which may include
distribution of printed materials to staff, volunteers, or students involved with the
Client’s organization. Client agrees to not share, sell, or exchange these
resources with any third party without written consent from New Wind.

VI. Notification of changes:

New Wind reserves the right to modify or update this privacy statement at any
time without prior notice.
We will post the changes on this site so that you will always know what
information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we will
disclose it to anyone. All revisions, updates, and/or modifications will be
effective immediately. We recommend that you read this Privacy Policy
statement each time you use our website or purchase any of our products or
services.

VII. Acceptance of these terms

By using this site, you signify your acceptance of the terms of the New Wind
Business Solutions Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy
Policy, please do not use the site and exit immediately. Your continued use of
the New Wind Business Solutions website following the posting of changes to
these terms will mean that you accept those changes.
